Strictly Stars Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell Invest £3.5 Million in a Luxurious Five-Bedroom Property Near Brighton

In a significant purchase, Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell, known for their time on Strictly Come Dancing, have acquired an impressive five-bedroom luxury residence near Brighton for a staggering £3.5 million, as revealed by MailOnline.

The couple, who first met on the dance show in 2018, have taken up residence in the former abode of Lewis Dunk, a player from Brighton and Hove Albion football club. Lewis originally purchased the detached property in West Sussex for £787,500 in 2016 and listed it for sale last year at £3.5 million.

Shortly after their move, the Premier League star submitted plans for various expansions, including a two-storey side extension, lower ground, ground, and first-floor rear extensions, a two-storey front extension, and a detached front garage. The property, spanning an impressive 7,741 square feet, now features amenities like an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, and a grand open-plan entrance with a double staircase leading to a kitchen and lounge area overlooking the garden.

With five bathrooms and six reception rooms, the house also boasts a spacious balcony and a sunken outdoor seating area, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

Joe, aged 31, confirmed the couple’s move in a video shared on Instagram, explaining that their previous home was too demanding of a renovation project. He expressed their fondness for their previous residence but acknowledged the time constraints preventing them from taking on such a substantial undertaking. He further revealed their excitement about discovering their new home and falling in love with it.

Dianne, a 34-year-old dancer originally from Australia, also shared a video demonstrating her efforts to assemble flat-pack furniture in their new abode.

Earlier in March, reports surfaced that Joe and Dianne had put their previous four-bedroom detached home on the market for £1.35 million.
