South Indian superstar Rajinikanth’s film ‘Jailor’ has opened aggressively at the Bharti box office. The film, which was released on Thursday itself, has made an opening of 44.5 crore across India. According to Indian media, ‘Jailor’ has become the third highest grossing film in 2023 after Pathan and Adipurush. The film has earned 23 crores in Tamil Nadu state, 11 crores in Karnataka, 5 crores in Kerala and 13 crores in other states. ‘Jailor’ has become the highest opening film in Tamil Nadu this year.
Rajinikanth’s craze in South India is so much that on the first day of the release of his film, employees in Chennai, Bangalore and other cities were given a holiday.
