Navjot Singh Sidhu’s return to the Indian television show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ has been confirmed. It is said that some actors including Sidhu will be seen in a new promo. Along with Sidhu, Renuka Shahane, Mini Mathur, Parijad Kolah and Richa Anirudh will also be sharing the stage.
In the last show, host Kapil Sharma teased Archana Puran Singh by announcing Sidhu’s name. Archana was irritated when Kapil made such a gesture while looking towards the door saying Sidhu’s trademark dialogue ‘Thoko Tali’. In the promo, Kapil has also teased the show’s actor Krishna Abhishek saying that he is going to take a break from the show.
When Renuka compliments him on losing weight, Krishna says that he is on a break. Krishna has also replied to Kapil that ‘if the second channel does not pay well, why leave?’ Krishna Abhishek had decided to quit the show last September before the start of its latest season after a disagreement over salary. But the problem was solved after the salary was agreed.
In an interview with Times of India, Krishna said that he is happy to be back. This is not a change of heart but a change of agreement (laughs). The show and the channel are like family, and I am happy to be back,” he said.
