Kubbra Sait recently published her first book, which touches on many unknown chapters of her life. ‘I wasn’t ready to be a mother, is one chapter in her book, wherein the actress has talked about becoming pregnant after a one-night stand. Talking about it during her interaction with Times Now, Kubbra revealed the reason why she decided to terminate the pregnancy. She said, ‘I wasn’t ready for it. It just wasn’t the way I had imagined my life or my journey. I don’t think I am still ready. I don’t understand this pressure around women to get married at 23 and have children by the time they are 30. It is like a set invisible rulebook. I knew I was not ready for it.’ She further added that she has ‘no regrets about it.
