Actor Allu Arjun achieved a historic milestone by securing the National Award for Best Actor for his outstanding performance in the blockbuster film “Pushpa: The Rise.” This momentous announcement took place at the 69th National Film Awards ceremony.

Shortly after the exciting news broke, a video circulated on social media, capturing a heartwarming scene. Allu Arjun could be seen celebrating this remarkable victory with the entire “Pushpa” team. In the video, emotions ran high as Allu Arjun shared an affectionate embrace with director Sukumar, while the rest of the film crew erupted in cheers and jubilation.

“Pushpa: The Rise,” directed by Sukumar, marked the inception of an exhilarating franchise. Released on December 17, 2021, the film featured Allu Arjun as Pushparaj, a daring truck driver involved in the illicit trade of red sandalwood. Rashmika Mandanna portrayed the female lead, Srivalli, while Fahadh Faasil took on the role of the formidable antagonist. Under Sukumar’s directorial prowess, Allu Arjun’s performance in “Pushpa” became a sensation and left an indelible mark on the Pan India box office. His talent, once cherished primarily by South Indian audiences, transcended boundaries and garnered admirers not only in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana but also across Kerala and beyond.

Celebrating this remarkable achievement, the official Twitter account of “Pushpa” conveyed, “After dominating the box office, it’s now PUSHPA RAJ’S RULE at the #NationalAwards.”

Jr NTR extended his congratulations to Allu Arjun through a tweet, saying, “Congratulations @alluarjun bava. You deserve all the success and awards you get for #Pushpa.” Allu Arjun responded with gratitude, saying, “Thank you so much for your heartfelt wishes bava. Touched. Humbled.”

Chiranjeevi Konidela also took to Twitter to extend his congratulations to the award winners, particularly praising Allu Arjun for his National Best Actor Award. In his message, he acknowledged the accomplishments of other films and individuals as well.
