Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutt accused actor Nana Patekar of sexual harassment during the Me Too campaign in 2018. Nana Patekar has given a new statement about Tanushree’s allegations. Tanushree had accused Nana of misbehaving with her during the shooting of a song for the film ‘Horn OK Please’ which was released in 2008. In an interview given to Indian media The Lalantop, actor Patekar said that he knew from the beginning that the allegations against him were false.
I knew it was all a lie. So I was not angry. Why should I be angry when all this is false? All those things are old. What can we talk about this?’ Patekar said, ‘What can I say other than that you suddenly did this? Didn’t I do it? I know that I have not done anything.

What did Tanushree Dutt say?
When the Me Too campaign was launched in India in 2018, Tanushree had alleged that Nana Patekar, choreographer Ganesh Acharya and director Vivek Agnihotri misbehaved with her during the shooting of the film. Tanushree has said that Nana tried to sexually harass her during the shooting of a song for the film ‘Horn OK Please’ in 2008. Although it was said that the song will be shot with only one actor, Tanushree said that Nana was present on the set on the day of shooting.
In an interview given to Hindustan Times in 2022, she said, “A lot has happened since I returned to India.” I want to restart my career. I am trying and people are willing to work. Even though the Bollywood mafia says that my image is bad, I have been signed for films as well as web-projects but suddenly they are not completed. Directors go into silent mode or projects are closed.
