Janhvi Kapoor, ever the queen of bodycon dressing, dropped an Instagram carousel that contained a ‘photo dump’ of some snippets of her recent life. What particularly caught our attention was this electric yellow bodycon dress that the actor donned while posing against the backdrop of trees that even made the lush green fauna appear dull in its comparison.
The bodycon dress was a Surya Sarkar creation with a twisted knot right below the neck and a cutout followed by a corseted waist. The gown was a solid neon color with the brand’s SS logo emblazoned in gold near the navel. Though there were no prints or sequins on the dress, the electric yellow hue was enough to grab some eyeballs.
The actor kept things simple in the glam department with pinkish nude lips, heavy mascara, and soft eyeliner along with voluminous curls cascading down her neck. She also accessorized minimally with nothing but one green stone ring. While summer months have us all reaching out for our whites and florals, Janhvi Kapoor makes a strong case for neons this season to liven up our summer wardrobes.
