He entered the field in the second half of the debut match. Before that, Thomas Taylor scored in the 44th minute to give Inter Miami the lead. Cruz’s Uriel Antuna scored a goal in the 65th minute to tie the game. But Messi scored in injury time and gave Inter Miami a dramatic win. Messi left Paris Saint-Germain this summer to join Major League Soccer club Inter Miami.
