Hollywood Reacts to Trump’s Victory, Cardi B Voices Strong Disapproval

After Donald Trump won the presidential election, Hollywood was left in shock. Many A-list Hollywood stars had been supporting Democratic candidate Kamala Harris. Following the surprising election results, celebrities from American film and music industries have expressed anger and disappointment. Hip-hop star Cardi B responded to Trump’s victory through an Instagram story, writing, “I hate you so bad.” In another post, she urged Trump supporters not to provoke her. Cardi had attended a rally for Harris just a few days before the election.

Pop star Billie Eilish, who endorsed Kamala Harris, reacted to Trump’s victory by saying, “This is a war against women,” in bold white letters on a black background. Eilish also shared her sentiments during a concert in Nashville, Tennessee. Before singing her song “Your Power,” she told the audience, “We’re about to have a president who deeply hates women. This song is for every woman. I love you, and I support you.”

Pop star Ariana Grande, currently promoting her album “Wicked,” openly endorsed Harris and commented on the election results. She posted, “Holding hands with everyone feeling the immense weight of today’s outcome,” in white text on a black background. Singer Sabrina Carpenter also expressed frustration over the election outcome during a concert, addressing her audience with, “I feel so much sadness for our country and all the women here. I love you all. I really hope you can still enjoy the rest of your night because you deserve it.”

Supermodel Hailey Bieber, Jack Antonoff, Finneas, Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, Seth Meyers, Lili Reinhart, and Munroe Bergdorf also shared their shock at Trump’s win.

Actress Nancy Lee Grahn from “General Hospital” stated she would delete her social media account to protect her daughter’s safety, writing, “I’m so sorry. God protect us all.”

Trump has often referred to Democrats as the “Hollywood club,” with prominent stars like Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and Leonardo DiCaprio openly supporting Harris. However, few lesser-known celebrities showed public support for Trump.
