The film has done good business in South India as well as in North India and is earning equally abroad. According to the report, the film has earned the best in the Gulf countries and the US.
Jailor’ earned 108 crores in three days in India alone. The film has become the highest grossing film of the year in Rajinikanth’s home state of Tamil Nadu and the highest grossing Tamil film of the year in Kerala. Rajinikanth’s last films Petta, Darbar and Annathe did not do well at the comms office.
